It's A New Season - It's A New Day!
Ecclesiastes 3:1 (AMP) TO EVERYTHING there is a season, and a time for every matter or purpose under heaven:
It's a new season - A season for war
Ecclesiastes 3:8b . . ., a time for war and a time for peace
Not a physical war, but a war in the realm of the spirit. A war for the souls of men.
According to a recent study by George Barna, over 50% of Americans think that the Book of Mormon is on a par with the Bible. There are also many who think that the Quran is also on an equal footing with the Bible.
Beloved, it is time to get militant in the spirit and proactive (creating or controlling a situation rather than just responding to it) with our witness and proclamation of the Bible as the only infallible Word of God.
Matthew 11:12 (AMP) And from the days of John the Baptist until the present time, the kingdom of heaven has endured violent assault, and violent men seize it by force [as a precious prize-a share in the heavenly kingdom is sought with most ardent zeal and intense exertion].
This is a season in which we need the Lord to act:
Psalm 119:126 (AMP) It is time for the Lord to act; they have frustrated Your law.
It is a new season of the out pouring of God's harvest rains:
Leviticus 26:4 (AMP) I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase and the trees of the field yield their fruit.
It's a season of supernatural harvest and increase:
Jeremiah 5:24 (KJV) Neither say they in their heart, Let us now fear the LORD our God, that giveth rain, both the former and the latter, in his season: he reserveth unto us the appointed weeks of the harvest.
Deuteronomy 11:14 (KJV) That I will give you the rain of your land in his due season, the first rain and the latter rain, that thou mayest gather in thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil.
It's a season of doing what you know to do:
Are you willing to be shown [proof], you foolish (unproductive, spiritually deficient) fellow, that faith apart from [good] works is inactive and ineffective and worthless? (James 2:20 (AMP)
