Dear Mr. President

How dare you tell Israel to wait. "We the People" believe that Israel has every right to defend itself without America's permission. Israel is not the 51st State of the United States of America, she is the sovereign State of Israel and, as such, has every right to protect herself against her enemies, foreign and domestic.

You seem to have forgotten that Israel is our first line of defense in the Middle-East. She must draw a hard red line because she is closest to her, and our, enemies and because she does not have the privilege of making any mistakes concerning her defence. America, though, temporarily, far removed from the front lines of Hamas and Hezbollah warfare, may have the option to "wait" but she does not.

Sir, you seem to be blind to the fact that Israel is our only remaining ally in the Middle-East and that she defends our freedoms as well as her own. It is time to throw the full weight of American influence, what is left of it, behind Israel and take a stand with her.

Mr. President, you should be saying to all who threaten her, "Touch Israel and you touch the apple of God's eye and a friend of America. The United States will lend the full force of her military might against any who dare to harm her," knowing that we are the acting with the blessing of the God in Whom We Trust, Himself.

Please remember, Sir, that God, who changes not, has said,

Genesis 12:3  (KJV) And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
