Smoke and Mirrors in the Political Arena

I couldn't believe what I was hearing come out of the mouth of Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton last week. She stated that "deep-seated cultural codes, religious beliefs and structural biases have to be changed" about abortion. Not surprisingly, many in the pro-life community were shocked! She has also taken the same tack as concerns the LGBT lifestyle.

This is "progressive"? What is progressive about degrading society into a pack of inhumane animals who kill their young and, if they live, promote their adoption into same sex couples care? Any intelligent psychologist worth their salt knows that mother's who abort, and kids raised without a biological father and mother suffer for it.

This is the arrogance of, so called, progressivism! In order to change our religious beliefs conservative Christians are told to surrender what the Word of God says to, "Mother Hillary." Progressives believe just because they want something to be so they can decree it.

As my friend, Gary Cass, has said, "God laughs at their arrogance."
  •  Do not be deceived and deluded and misled; God will not allow Himself to be sneered at (scorned, disdained, or mocked by mere pretensions or professions, or by His precepts being set aside.) [He inevitably deludes himself who attempts to delude God.] For whatever a man sows, that and that only is what he will reap. Galatians 6:7 (AMP)
In 2004 Hillary Clinton was adamant that traditional marriage was a fundamental commitment that benefitted society. Evidently, she doesn't know what she really believes but can be easily swayed by the winds of political correctness. The Bible says that she needs to grow up.

  •  So then, we may no longer be children, tossed [like ships] to and fro between chance gusts of teaching and wavering with every changing wind of doctrine, [the prey of] the cunning and cleverness of unscrupulous men, [gamblers engaged] in every shifting form of trickery in inventing errors to mislead. Ephesians 4:14 (AMP)
I pray that the citizens of this great nation will look at the record of those who think themselves fit to lead us, consider their moral values, and vote for those with whom they can agree.

Remember:

When the [uncompromisingly] righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; but when the wicked man rules, the people groan and sigh. Proverbs 29:2 (AMP)
