I Shall Not Die

I Shall Not Die

I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD. Psalms 118:17 (KJV)

Have you ever considered the keeping power of God? You cannot be, תומ muwth, killed, put to death, die prematurely. When you are doing what God wants you to do, when He wants you to do it, you cannot be cut off before you have accomplished your mission.
I realize that we all have heard stories of people who have given their lives for the sake of the Gospel. Many times we don't understand how that could happen but we must trust God. He knows the beginning from the end. What looks like failure from the outside is actually a resounding victory.

A good example is the Cross of Christ. Many say that Jesus was defeated there. We know that he defeated the devil, his demons and everything arrayed against us there.
During my many travels to the nations of the world, I have been threatened, attacked, way-laid by road bandits and have driven through smoldering dead bodies to go preach the Gospel.

God has protected me every time!

Why am I protected and others, it seems, are not? Only the Lord knows all the details but one thing is sure; neither you nor I can be stopped from completing our course. When our ministry calling is fulfilled, then, and only then, we will die. Not one minute before.

Until my appointed time I will, היח chayah, remain alive, live prosperously and be restored to life or health, from sickness, from discouragement, from faintness and even death, if need be, so that I can declare, רפס caphar, show forth, recount and rehearse the, ה עמ ma'aseh, deeds, works of deliverance and judgement of the Lord, הי Yahh, The One True God.

Beloved, you and I are called to be a "muster-officer" for the cause of the Christ of God. Each of us will live until the Lord's purpose for out lives is fulfilled.

Isaiah 54:17 (KJV) No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.
