Miracles For Today

In the first twelve verses of Mark 2 we find the words: Why reason about these things in your hearts? Whether it is easier to say to the sick ..., Your sins be forgiven you; or to say, Arise, and take up your bed, and walk? But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins, ... I say unto you, Arise, and take up your bed and go your way....

There is much ado today about whether Jesus is still in the healing ministry. The critics say that miracles passed away with the Apostle John. I'm so glad that this is just not true!

Each and every service, whether here in Las Vegas or in Guatemala, Ghana, the Philippines, or any other Nation, is punctuated with the manifest Presence of God!

When the Lord of Glory shows up in the Person of the Holy Ghost anything can happen!

Why should we think it such a strange thing that God Almighty would visit us as we assemble? Isn't it written in Scripture?:

For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. Matthew 18:20

Does God, the Holy Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) care about demonstrating His marvelous love for us? Yes! He does!

... he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. John 14:21

The manifest presence of God in our lives will heal, deliver and save the lost and encourage every believer.

  1. Dear Pastor George,
That is, indeed, sad to think that there are people that think that miracles ended with the apostles. I am proud to say that is not true as Nedra’s being alive now is a testimony to God’s grace and healing power. The doctors said there was no hope and that her time was just a matter of weeks and then God took over and the doctors now say the Cancer tumors are receding and the treatment she is on is effective, thanks to God’s miracle power. Ryan said he was about to call me home in December but decided to give God more opportunity to heal and I am glad he made that decision. Nedra told me this morning that Christina is pregnant so she is excited about the prospect to see her first grandchild. Thank you again for uplifting us in your prayers and may God bless and prosper.
