Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die: 1 Corinthians 15:36 (KJV)
You and I have been delivered from a spirit of fear.
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7 (KJV)
Even death fails to hold us in the grip of fear once we are born-again.
And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. Hebrews 2:15 (KJV)
Fear is simply negative faith. It believes the lie of the deceptive forces of Satan in the world. Fear will believe that you are going to die and not live. It believes that you are going to go broke, lose your house, live on the street and perhaps even starve to death. It believes that your ministry will never come into the fullness you had planned.
The devil loves to convince people, those who call themselves Christians, especially those called into the ministry offices of the Church, that they are fools to follow Christ, give money to the Church and spend their time pursuing the things of God.
God, on the other hand, in Christ, has delivered such from all that is attached to fear. We have been translated into His marvelous light and walk in the love filled realm of faith. God, who is Love, has bestowed upon those He loves, You and I, exceeding precious promises. All of this is available the moment we are willing to die to self and accept life in Christ.
Faith comes alive when love comes. Perfect love comes when flesh yields to death. When flesh dies, the life of the spirit rises in resurrection power. The sons of God are manifest in resurrection glory. They know their God and do exploits enabled by the love, life and power of the Almighty. The name of Jesus provides all sufficiency in all things. Giving becomes a joyful river of provision. There is no lack to them that live in Christ.
