Of Crocodiles and Men

"An appeaser is one who feeds a crocodile, hoping it will eat him last." - Prime Minister Winston Churchill

One might wonder if mankind is able to learn anything from the past as we repeat the folly of "The Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire" and the devastation of the Third Reich and its programs.

Wishing to appease Iran, Muslim Terrorists, North Korea, or the Devil himself, and all who are so bent upon erasing all Jewish and Christian influence from the world is feeding the "crocodile" that Sir Winston spoke of.

Jorge Austin Nicolas Ruiz de Santayana y Borra said it correctly when he stated, "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it." He also made another profound statement that should be remembered by those who think that war will cease when "religion" is irradicated. He said, "Only the dead have seen the end of war."

It is tribalism, not religion, that drives the war machine of the aggressor and they cannot be appeased by any means. Feeding the crocodile will only make him more hungry.

What the world needs is a change of heart. A change that only Jesus the Messiah of God can accomplish.
