Sunday is Holocaust Remembrance Day.
Oh, Yes! The Holocaust where 6 million Jews were systematically exterminated really did happen. Adolph Hitler thought he was carrying out the will of God and had convinced the German people that it was their holy duty to annihilate the Jews along with millions of European's who tried to stand in his way.
If we allow history to be rewritten we will be destined to repeat the horrible mistakes of the past. There are many anti-Semites that are seeking to convince the world that the holocaust never took place. Don't be deceived. Their only purpose for doing so is to set the stage for another world-wide program of eradication.
You might say, "Such a thing could not happen in today's world." If you do, you are naive at best. Consider the genocide of Rwanda. It took place and, once again, the world stood silent as ethnic cleansing filled mass graves. Such atrocities should never be allowed again, yet they continue even to this day.
There are forces at work in the world this very hour that call for the death of the Jews and of all Americans. The leaders of Iran have sworn to obliterate Israel and all the Jews; and they mean it! When will we wake up? They have sworn to wipe America off the map and to establish Sharia law as the law of the world. We slumber in comfort and act like they are simply mouthing idle threats while they finance Hezbollah, Hamas and any other terrorist groups that will join their cause.
Hezbollah and Hamas terrorists are flooding into America across the Mexican border disguised as those looking for work. Financed by Iran, they await opportunities to kill unarmed civilian women and children. Members of the Muslim Brotherhood hold positions in our Capital and work to sway American mid-east policy to their own benefit.
We must stand with and for Israel, the only democratic, free society in the middle east. We must be united with the Jews of the world. Christians should be especially loyal to defending Israel due to the biblical mandate given by God, Himself. He calls the Jews "the apple of His eye" and promises a blessing to those who bless them and a curse to those who don't. God gave them their land and no power on earth has the right to take it away from them.
Join me on Holocaust Remembrance Day, along with over 1.5 million Christians that belong to Christian's United For Israel, in pledging to stand with Israel.
