You Set My Feet In A Broad Place

You Set My Feet In A Broad Place

I will be glad and rejoice in Your mercy and steadfast love, because You have seen my affliction, You have taken note of my life's distresses, And You have not given me into the hand of the enemy; You have set my feet in a broad place. Psalm 31:7-8 (AMP)

One thing is sure, no matter what it looks or feels like, God knows what you are going through and He has not deserted you or left you without hope. Being a child of God assures each us of His constant overshadowing protection as we walk out our destiny in this fallen world.

His mercies are new every morning. Lamentations 3:22-23 (AMP) declares that -

It is because of the Lord's mercy and loving-kindness that we are not consumed, because His [tender] compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great and abundant is [the Lord's] stability and faithfulness.

With our heavenly Father near we can "be glad and rejoice" in whatever situation we find ourselves faced with.

Rejoice in the Lord always [delight, gladden yourselves in Him]; again I say, Rejoice! Philippians 4:4 (AMP)

You may feel shut in, bound, limited, restricted and without resource, but you can have a praise party because you know that the Lord has set your feet in a broad place.

This powerful truth has never been more evidenced than in our ministry. It looks as though we are small and insignificant but the ministry reaches around the globe through those we have encouraged and connected with.

The Devil is a liar and God's plan for your good is unfolding even as you read this. God is good! All the time!
