My Spirit, Who is Upon You

Isaiah 59:21 (AMP) 21 As for Me, this is My covenant or league with them, says the Lord: My Spirit, Who is upon you [and Who writes the law of God inwardly on the heart], and My words which I have put in your mouth shall not depart out of your mouth, or out of the mouths of your [true, spiritual] children, or out of the mouths of your children's children, says the Lord, from henceforth and forever.

New Testament believers have a covenant with the Lord. We are in league with God Almighty Himself. He has written an eternal constitution that establishes the relationship between Himself and those who are His.

Beloved, He has written its precepts and ordinances upon your heart and given you the authority to speak His words as though they are spoken directly by Him.
His words are "put in your mouth" as you yield to the prophetic unction of the Holy Spirit, Who is in you.

His Word is what you speak, not what you think, not what you feel, but what He says about every situation and circumstance.
Mark 11:23-24 (AMP) tells us that if we speak His word and believe that what He says, that there is nothing that will be impossible for us. Notice that our speaking is emphasized three times:

Truly I tell you, whoever says to this mountain, Be lifted up and thrown into the sea! and does not doubt at all in his heart but believes that what he says will take place, it will be done for him. For this reason I am telling you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe (trust and be confident) that it is granted to you, and you will [get it].

Mark 9:23 (AMP) . . . [Why,] all things can be (are possible) to him who believes!

The wonderful thing is that, if we will speak the words of God and experience the power of them, our children and children's children will do the same thing and realize the benefit.
