Only Believe . . .

Believing the Word of God is paramount to understanding the will of God and appropriating the full benefit of His love. We should be a people filled with confidence that our Father will always answer the prayers of those in covenant relationship with Him.

And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. 1 John 5:14-15 (KJV)

Perhaps, if a "Christian" does not have "confidence" in Him, there is a need to repent of ignoring what should be their most precious relationship. That is what 1 John 1:9 is for, isn't it?

Then, with relationship restored, righteousness restored, perhaps one might consider that his prayer will be heard and answered. After all, the God of the Word does not, and cannot lie. The Word is absolute truth.

With the truth in our hearts, a confidence in the One who promised, and our righteousness restored we can move past the traditions and fables of men to receive the promised blessings found in Scripture.

Sow like you believe that you will receive the "more" that leads to the fullness of 2010 and position yourself for the overflow in 2011.

And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say . . . but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. Mark 11:22-24 (KJV)
